Our process - How we work

We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their every day operations to understand what makes their business tick.

To do that, we matchmake our clients with a team of experts who have experience in their industry. The automation specialists ask specific questions to understand the client's time-consuming processes. In the meeting, current software and tools are discussed to understand the client's current workflow.

Based off of the discovery phase, our team of automation experts look at all the possible ways to automate the client's processes. A list of possible solutions is created and is presented to the client.

If the client wants to proceed with any of the proposed solutions, a contract is signed and the project is moved to the build phase.

If, however, no solution is found or the client decides not to proceed, the project is closed and the client is not charged.

After the contract is signed, our team of developers start working on the project. We focus on delivering results in the shortest time possible. Hence, the team starts by building the core functionality of the system - an MVP.

Once the MVP is ready, we present it to the client and get their feedback. In most cases, we set out some time for the client to test the system and provide enough valuable feedback. Based on the feedback, we improve the system until the client is satisfied.

Once the client is satisfied with the system, we finalize the project and hand it over to the client. We also provide a short training session to the client's employees to ensure that the system is used properly.
